I bought my first house this year, thanks to Michael. He walked with me through this complex, emotional process in a highly professional way. Communication was frequent, efficient, and also reflective. When I ultimately picked "my house" and started working toward closing, he worked closely with both my lender and the seller's broker to ensure as smooth a process as possible. After inspections, we learned about some pretty big issues with the house. He helped wrangle contractor quotes and negotiate a fair compromise with the sellers. It was tricky and at times overwhelming, yet handled it all with aplomb.
If I ever buy real estate again, I will be calling Michael.
