When I ultimately picked "my house" and started working toward closing, he worked closely with both my lender and the seller's broker to ensure as smooth a process as possible. After inspections, we learned about some pretty big issues with the house. He helped wrangle contractor quotes and negotiate a fair compromise with the sellers.
