I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe Archuleta while selling my home.
From day 1, Joe was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for how to negotiate with potential buyers. He was able to answer questions in a timely fashion. While selling my house long distance, he went beyond his job duties by being available to schedule and be at the house when repairs were being done. He made the closing process seamless. He was transparent about any issues that have arrived and helped give advice during the negotiation process. He is knowledgeable and listens to his clients’ needs! I was on the property at the time of the showing. I viewed her interactions with her clients and was impressed with how prepared she was to show my house to her buyers. She had clearly researched our property before their arrival and was as knowledgeable about it as my own realtor representing my wife and I as sellers. She exhibited a great knowledge and passion for the whole real estate process and even answered some questions that I had concerning FHA eligibility and staging the home for future showings.
